Defining goals and working efficiently
Everyone likes to think they have clearly defined goals, but they often don’t. People think “I want to have a website that does x”, but, having decided that, they simply sit and spin their wheels because they don’t know how to achieve their goals. They are better off defining small goals that lead to their bigger ones, such as “In order to sell x I will need to find a supplier” and “To find out what kind of x to sell I will need to find out what y sells” and so on. We will tell you how to define your smaller goals to figure out what you really need to be doing.
We will also tell you how to work more efficiently. We will start by asking how you spend your day, and what you do, and tell you what can be done more quickly and how to do it.
