Business Plan Advice
An internet startup conmpany’s business plan has a number of components:
1.
Objectives: These must be described with specificity
2.
Business: the history of your business, if already established, or the preparations taken so far
3.
Management:The relevant experience of your management team
4.
Products: Description of your products, or services.
5.
Market: Description of your market—very tricky, to draw the line between what is similar enough and what is different.
6.
Sales plan: How you plan to sell, what primary channels you intend to use.
7.
Suppliers: Who they are and what they sell for.
8.
Profit and cash forecasts: Balanced sheets and projected forecasts for up to five years out.
9.
Finance: Budgets anticipating what you will need to carry out your objective.
